appetizers that included a bruschette of marinated tomato and melted
cheese, a tomato and Mozzarella salad with three lettuce types in balsamic
vinaigrette and a Sardine Carpaccio with pesto. Varying textures and
combinations proved a delight to the taste with the Carpaccio being a
surprising treat and a display of the chef's innovative cuisine.

were welcome additions to a traditional favorite. The last course of
New Zealand lamb chops was well spiced and cooked to medium
